TEXT MESSAGES
In certain instances, the Digital Properties may allow you to elect to communicate with Socceroof by using text message, including in connection with scheduling a visit to one of our Socceroof locations. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website forms, you consent to receive SMS communications from UNLMTD Soccer or Socceroof. You are expressly consenting to receiving text messages made using an automatic telephone dialing system from Socceroof or its service providers, and you also understand and agree that data rates and charges may apply and that you are solely responsible for all associated costs assessed by your telecommunication carrier or provider. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase, becoming a member of Socceroof, or receiving any goods or services from Socceroof.
We use your phone number to send service-related notifications, appointment or booking reminders, customer support communications, service updates, account notifications, and other messages you have requested. We may also send promotional messages where you have provided consent.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You may opt out from receiving text messages at any time by either replying STOP or END to a text you have from Socceroof or by texting STOP or END at any time. Socceroof offers membership to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. However, teenagers that are at least sixteen (16) years of age may become members with the written consent of their parent or legal guardian. Similarly, the Digital Properties are intended for use by adults, and you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or, for teenagers ages sixteen (16) and older, have parental consent, to provide personal data to Socceroof.
